I understand that you’re having some issues with losing content what with the Starz deal going bye and all but lately I feel like you have been going down the crapper so to speak. We did have the DVD service, but when you split that into two separate entities, we canceled the DVD and added Hulu Plus in addition to our Amazon Prime.

We currently have no less then 9 devices that can stream Netflix (2 Roku, 3 computers, 2 iPhones, a Wii and a PS3) and all of them seem to constantly change their setup for the menus. Right now the only one that doesn’t annoy us is the PS3 and to be honest, the PSN network is down so much that it only seems to work 3 weeks out of a month. Pardon my French and all but WTF is up with the freaking HUMAN CENTIPEDE constantly being offered up to us as recommendations, we clicked on the not interested box the first time you kept popping that bad boy up and now that there is a sequel you seem to think that our plethora of children’s movies and shows = hey these people want to watch some torture porn? We now have to be VERY careful to navigate it around the niblets since if the Roku doesn’t refresh, what you mean to click on, isn’t what you necessarily get and Sesame Street could very easily end up actually being a slasher film when it starts playing. Dude, I understand you have a kids set up as well but that is pretty much a waste  of time, when you are watching 10 min episodes of Pocoyo as each time the show ends, it takes you to the main menu.

For the love of my sanity, can you please also add some additional seasons of Arthur and Super Why? I’ve seen Super Why so many times that I’ve started to diagnose characters on their personality flaws (Wonder Red’s clingy neediness is starting to wear on me…also what is up with her beret helmet?). Here is a recommendation too, can we have a “SET IT ON FIRE” section so I never have to risk Bratz or Barney coming up again?

Also, could you also quit it with calling non new releases, new? If you guys have had it on your system since 2010 and we’ve watched it already, perhaps you are wasting valuable real estate.
